From our long time leadership team to our carefully selected counselors and certified specialists, every member of our team plays a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and unforgettable experience for your child.
A Consistent Leadership Team
Our year round leadership team isn’t just experienced they’ve been part of the Circle F story for years. Ben, our Camp Director, brings a steady hand and a big heart to everything he does. With over 25 years of youth development experience and a deep love for Circle F, Ben leads by example by being caring, capable, and committed.
Colleen and Kris, our Assistant Camp Directors, are the kind of leaders you want your kids around. They know camp inside and out and have built strong relationships with families and returning campers alike. Together, this team oversees daily operations, handles camper support, and ensures our values are lived out at every level.
Their longevity and leadership bring stability, deep knowledge, and a true understanding of what kids need to thrive away from home.

We don’t just hire staff, we invest in them. Every counselor at Circle F goes through a multistep hiring process that includes interviews, background checks, reference checks, and intensive staff training. Our specialists are the staff members who run activities like the ropes course, horseback riding, and lifeguarding, and we take pride in hiring certified professionals with the training to back it up. Safety is our top priority, and we make sure the people running our programs are not just passionate, but qualified.

While our leadership team and specialists set the tone, it’s our counselors who bring camp to life every single day. Many of our counselors grew up at Circle F themselves. That means they don’t just understand camp, but they live it, love it, and are passionate about giving back to the next generation of campers.
