Circle F Dude Ranch is located on 500 acres in central Florida just an hour south of Orlando nestled in an old growth live oak forest on a 43 acre private lake. Theme parks such as Disney, Universal and Busch Gardens are all within 1 hours drive.

Due to the nature of our camp sessions we ask all staff to commit to at least Session 1 through 3. It is expected that staff are available for the complete pre-camp staff development period of approximately 10 days, however we understand and will excuse staff for events such as graduation.

Yes, time off at camp is sometimes the most important time. We need our staff relaxed, refreshed and ready to go. We encourage staff to use their time off to recoup for the following day’s work. Our staff have many different types of time off. The main time is their day off — one day per week. Counselors also receive sign-out periods off at night, siestas off, occasional 50/50 time off, along with the occasional period off later in the summer to help you stay focused.

Staff live and stay in a cabin with a co-counselor and 10 campers. Staff will generally stay in the same division for the summer but may occasionally move to accommodate the needs of the camp. All cabins have AC in during sleeping and siesta times. They also have a shower, toilet, and sink attached.

Yes. Our staff house includes snacks, candy, sodas, & water — all free. We also have an above ground pool designated solely for our staff to enjoy on their time off.

Yes, we have Wi-Fi available in the office and Staff House. We also have computers available for use in the front office for our international staff.

Circle F Dude Ranch is a technology free zone. Our campers are not permitted to bring items such as phones, tablets with them to camp and we expect our counselors to practice the same standards. We expect counselors to keep their cell phone in their cabin or in the office during their working day. They will have access to their cell phones during times in which they are not working.

Yes. We have a designated staff parking area. Staff are not required to have a car but it’s nice to have one for your days off.

There are many delivery services in the area, including Door Dash, Uber Eats, & Instacart. Walmart and Amazon also deliver to the Ranch.

Hired staff receive a full staff hand book which includes a detailed staff packing list.
