Just an hour south of Orlando in Lake Wales, Circle F is set on 500 beautiful acres of live oak forest with a private lake at the center of it all. Our facilities make it easy to host your group comfortably, with air-conditioned cabins, the Lasso Lodge and its full-service kitchen, plus plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. There’s also a theater with lighting and AV, stables with 50 horses, and a wide range of activities to keep everyone engaged and enjoying their time together.

We want to give our clients peace of mind and we will gladly address all specific needs for your event, including safety protocols, meals, activity programming, and any special preparation of the Ranch that you require. Availability

The Ranch is available for group rentals from mid-August to end of May. We are happy to accommodate your event whether it be a one-day event or a multi-day event. Our group rentals are flexible for your budget — whether you want an all-inclusive corporate retreat package or simply wish to rent the facility grounds.
