Circle F Dude Ranch Camp
2026 Terms and Conditions
Enrollment of your Camper in any of Circle F Dude Ranch Camp’s 2026 Spring Break and/or Summer Camp Programs constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to abide by, all terms and conditions outlined herein.
Deposit
Upon enrollment, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot for your camper:
- Spring Break Camp: $300 per camper
- Summer Camp: $750 per camper, per session
Payment Deadlines
The remaining balance owed must be paid in full, as outlined:
Spring Break Camp: March 1, 2026
Summer Camp
Second Payment: February 1, 2026
- Three Week Session – $1,500.00
- Two Week Session – $1,000.00
- One Week Session – $500.00
Pay-in-Full Date: May 1, 2026
Payment Options
Camp families may pay tuition by:
- Cash
- Check – Must arrive at least 21 days before your camper’s session starts.
- E-Check – 1% convenience fee
- Credit Card – 3% convenience fee
- Wire Transfer – $35 fee
Transfer of Paid Funds
Circle F Dude Ranch Camp permits the transfer of paid funds between campers within the same household, under the following conditions:
Spring Break Camp
- Before March 1, 2026: All funds paid, excluding the $300 non-refundable deposit, may be transferred to another camper in the same household.
- After March 1, 2026: Up to 50% of unused funds may be transferred to another camper in the same household.
Summer Camp
- Before May 1, 2026: All funds paid, excluding the $750 non-refundable deposit, may be transferred to another camper in the same household.
- After May 1, 2026: Up to 50% of unused funds may be transferred to another camper in the same household.
Refunds
Circle F Dude Ranch Camp offers refunds before camp begins, under these conditions:
Spring Break Camp
- Before March 1, 2026: All funds paid, minus the $300 non-refundable deposit, may be refunded.
- After March 1, 2026: All funds paid are non-refundable.
Summer Camp
- Before May 1, 2026: All funds paid, minus the $750 non-refundable deposit, may be refunded.
- After May 1, 2026: All funds paid are non-refundable.
Once Camp Begins
- No refunds will be issued for late arrival, early departure, absence, homesickness, suspension, expulsion, withdrawal, or circumstances beyond our control (acts of God, war, etc.).
- In the event of camper illness, prorated credits toward a future session or program will be provided.
Cancellation
By Camper Family:
- Cancelled enrollments are bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined herein for refunds.
By Circle F Dude Ranch Camp:
- Circle F Dude Ranch Camp, at its sole discretion, can cancel any Camp session.
- If Circle F Dude Ranch Camp cancels any 2026 Camp session, and cannot transfer your camper to another session, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued.
- Circle F Dude Ranch Camp can cancel any camper’s enrollment at its sole discretion.
- If Circle F Dude Ranch Camp cancels a camper’s enrollment, and the camper has not been suspended or expelled pursuant to the Terms and Conditions outlined herein, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued.
Suspension or Expulsion from Camp
Circle F Dude Ranch Camp, at its sole discretion, may suspend or expel any camper and prohibit them from completing their camp session(s) without refund for the following reasons:
- Commitment of a crime as established by state and federal laws.
- Abusive, violent, obscene, harassing, bullying, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct or behavior.
- Possession, brandishing, or use of weapons.
- Possession or use of prohibited substances, including, but not limited to tobacco products, drugs, alcohol, or vapes.
- Falsification or nondisclosure of medical information as required in these Terms and Conditions.
- Abusive, violent, obscene, harassing, bullying, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct or behavior; and/or criminal conduct by a camper’s parent/guardian—or anyone acting on their behalf—towards camp staff or other campers.
- Any behavior or situation deemed by Circle F Dude Ranch Camp to fall short of Camp standards or that creates a negative atmosphere or environment.
Program Tuition
All Circle F Dude Ranch Camp program tuition includes:
- Classic Camp Activities
- Reusable Water Bottle
- Laundry Bag
- Lodging, Meals, and Daily Snacks/Drinks*
Summer Camp Programs include:
- Circle F Dude Ranch Camp Shirt, one per session
- Year Award, one per summer
- Laundry Service: Campers are provided with wash/dry/fold service at least once per week.
- Waterpark Trip (Only in Session 1, 2, 3, 2AB, 3BC)
Spring Break Camp Programs Include:
- Paintball: Open to campers ages 10 and up, based on their age on the first day of Camp.
Additional Cost Add-Ons
Our summer camp programs offer the following additional cost add-ons that are not included in camper tuition:
- Paintball: Open to campers ages 10 and up, based on their age on the first day of Camp.
- Theme Park Excursion (Only in Session 1, 2, 3, 2BC, 3BC)
*If your camper participates in the Summer Camp theme park excursions (Universal Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Disney World) they will receive meal vouchers with drinks for all meals while at the theme parks. Circle F Dude Ranch Camp does not provide additional snacks or drinks on theme park days as they are readily available around the park for camper purchase.
Camper Medical
We recommend downloading the Campanion App on your mobile device or utilizing the Camp-In-Touch Parent Portal to complete and upload required documents. To participate in Circle F Dude Ranch Camp programs, the following medical requirements must be met.
- All campers must undergo a physical examination by a licensed healthcare provider within one year of the start of their Camp program.
- A licensed healthcare provider must complete both the Camper Standing Orders Form and the Camper Physical Exam Form.
- The Camper Standing Orders Form, Camper Physical Exam Form, and Parent Medical Authorization Form must be uploaded into the Campanion App or the Parent Portal at least 14 days prior to the start of the Camper’s session.
- Documentation of the Camper’s up-to-date immunizations and pharmacology must also be uploaded to the Campanion App or Parent Portal at least 14 days prior to the start of the Camper’s session.
- Parents/Guardians must grant Camp Medical Staff permission to communicate with the Camper’s healthcare and behavioral providers as needed.
- To ensure Camper and staff safety, prior to enrollment and payment of the non-refundable deposit, Parent(s)/Guardian(s) must disclose to the Camp Director any of the Camper’s learning disabilities, physical disabilities, therapies, medical conditions, behavioral conditions, and mental/emotional conditions. This information allows us to determine if we can appropriately support your Camper. For example, habitual bedwetters cannot be accepted.
- Failure to disclose this information as required, if discovered after arrival or during the camp session, may result in suspension or expulsion of the Camper. No refunds will be provided.
Electronic Devices/Personal Items
- Electronic devices brought to Circle F Dude Ranch Camp may not have Internet or Wi-Fi access and may only play stored/saved music or content that does not contain or depict any foul, obscene, offensive, defamatory, derogatory, or other inappropriate language or images.
- Phones, laptops, tablets, smart watches with text or call features, and the like are not permitted.
- Books, magazines, pamphlets, and any other items or materials that contain or depict any foul, obscene, offensive, defamatory, derogatory, or other inappropriate language or images are not permitted, and will be confiscated. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) will be contacted.
- If a Camper is found to have any prohibited devices, materials, or items described above, they will be confiscated, and Parent(s)/Guardian(s) will be contacted.
- Circle F Dude Ranch Camp is not responsible for the loss or damage of a Camper’s personal items, equipment, or electronics.
