Axe throwing might be an up-and-coming sport across the country, but at CircleF, it’s been a classic part of our camp experience for years. Long before the trend hit the national spotlight, our campers (ages 10 and up) have been honing their skills and embracing this authentic Western activity.
Axe throwing teaches patience, focus, determination, and gives campers a real sense of accomplishment. We know it can feel frustrating at first, but our certified instructors guide every camper step-by-step, making sure they learn the right technique and stay safe.
When that axe finally hits the target, it’s a proud moment that reflects hard work and persistence. It’s one of those experiences that stays with campers long after they leave camp.
At Circle F, axe throwing is more than a trend! It’s part of the camp’s spirit and tradition, connecting campers to the skills and stories of the West, while building confidence and grit in a safe, supportive environment.
