Documentation of the Camper’s up-to-date immunizations and pharmacology must also be uploaded to the Campanion App or Parent Portal at least 14 days prior to the start of the Camper’s session.
Parents/Guardians must grant Camp Medical Staff permission to communicate with the Camper’s healthcare and behavioral providers as needed.
To ensure Camper and staff safety, prior to enrollment and payment of the non-refundable deposit, Parent(s)/Guardian(s) must disclose to the Camp Director any of the Camper’s learning disabilities, physical disabilities, therapies, medical conditions, behavioral conditions, and mental/emotional conditions. This information allows us to determine if we can appropriately support your Camper. For example, habitual bedwetters cannot be accepted.
Failure to disclose this information as required, if discovered after arrival or during the camp session, may result in suspension or expulsion of the Camper. No refunds will be provided.
