At Circle F Dude Ranch Camp, our traditions aren’t just activities we do each session, they’re the heartbeat of our camp. Since 1952, these traditions have connected generations through experiences that build character and community alike. To kick camp off, we have the opening campfire where we share and learn our core values like respect and leadership. Steeped in tradition, our closing campfire invites campers to reflect on an incredible summer and be reminded that they are part of something bigger than themselves.
We’re all about camp-wide celebrations like our morning flagpole where we sing our alma mater together, our West Fest that includes games and a hoedown, and daily awards for camper and counselor of the day! One of our most treasured traditions is the Silver Horseshoe, awarded to campers who truly embody the spirit of camp. We’re not just about having fun, we’re dedicated to raising great people who are dedicated to making the world a better place. We gather around the campfire, we honor campers for their kindness, and share moments that become milestones in every child’s life.
