From Trail Rides to Rodeos-Circle F’s Equestrian Program

Campers at Circle F Dude Ranch Camp have the unique opportunity to build partnerships based on trust, care, and connection—not just with fellow campers, but with horses too!
The equestrian program at Circle F is for everyone, regardless of their experience with horses. We offer hands-on instruction in English and Western riding styles that includes lessons in riding and horsemanship, and scenic trail rides.
The most exciting part happens at the end of each session with an action-packed rodeo! At this awesome event, campers proudly demonstrate their hard work, growth, new skills, and confidence in front of family, friends, and staff. Campers can also try out for a spot on Circle F’s Flag Team or Drill Team, to put on a special, choreographed routine at the rodeo.
This program goes beyond the saddle and right into the barn. Our campers learn to care for, feed, and bond with these magnificent animals. This firsthand experience allows riders to gain empathy and learn responsibility.
Our private herd has more than 50 horses, and each one becomes part of our campers’ summer story. It’s not just about learning to ride, it’s about carrying the Circle F spirit wherever our campers go.
