4:00 - 8:00pmArrival and Registration. Balance due, if any, is payable 30 days prior to arrival. We accept cash, checks (payable to Circle F Dude Ranch), Visa or MasterCard. Horseback Riding, paintball, and drinks may be kept on tab until Sunday. Massage is paid for when the service is provided (cash, please). Thank you! 8:00 pm Everyone head over to the Lasso Lodge for an appetizing finger food buffet! 8:30 – 10:00 pm Receive helpful information on how to get the most out of your family’s weekend. Kids then split up by age group and enjoy fun-filled activities with our fantastic counselors, while the adults enjoy fun and games in the Lasso Lodge. Then enjoy the stars by a quiet campfire.
SATURDAY 7:00 Meet up in the Lasso Lodge...experience the sun rising and the beauty of a great new day with a Nature Walk. 8:00 am Breakfast. All you care to eat and no dishes to wash! 9:00 am Horseback Riding. Regardless of age or ability, we have the horse for you! 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Kids’ Activity Time with supervision. Our staff will entertain campers with a variety of organized sports, games, and activities. 10:15 am Horseback Riding. The horses are “chomping at the bit” waiting for you to come ride them! 10:30 am Meet in the Lasso Lodge for Paintball. 11:30 am Horseback Riding. “Yee-haw!” 1:15 pm A family-style lunch with wonderfully delicious food awaits you in the Lasso Lodge. At lunch it’s time to sign up for the Family Talent and Skit Show. Kids, parents, or whole families get to shine at Circle F 2:00 pm Enjoy a friendly game of family softball! 3:00 pm Get ready for an event you won’t soon forget! It’s time for our Build-A-Boat teambuilding event. Work together as a family and race your boat in the lake! 6:00 pm Make your way over to the Lasso Lodge for dinner and live entertainment! 7:30 pm Head over to the Round Up for the Family Talent and Skit Show where you are the entertainment! 8:30 pm It’s time for a hayride and campfire with s’mores!!! Enjoy a unique experience at Circle F!
SUNDAY
7:30 – 8:00 am Help yourself to juice and coffee. Get ready for a Super Sunday! 8:00 am Treat yourself to a hearty breakfast and start your Sunday off right! 9:00 am Horseback Riding. More good times with the horses! 9:00 am- 12:00 pm Rock Wall and Zipline. A fun and challenging experience for everyone! 10:15 am Horseback Riding. It’s your last chance to ride for the weekend! 12:30 pm Lunch. Someone’s in the kitchen at Circle F... aren’t you glad??? Please settle your tab before or after lunch in Lasso Lodge. 1:15 – 4:00 pm Do whatever makes you happiest...swim, canoe, sun, play, etc... and one thing that won’t make you happy: pack for home. 4:00 pm Gates close. We bid you fond farewell. Plan your next visit with us soon. We’ll miss you!!!
Please Note: Supervision of your children is YOUR responsibility, except when they are participating in scheduled, supervised activities with Circle F counselors.
PACKING SUGGESTIONS Been a while since the last time you were at a ranch? Here’s a list of suggested items to bring:
1) Your favorite old T-shirt & jeans
2) At least two pairs of jeans (one for riding, one for the hayride)
3) At least four shirts (t’s, flannels, or whatever you feel comfortable in)
4) Three or four pairs of shorts
5) One or two bathing suits
6) Your usual toiletries
7) Tennis shoes
8) Boots or hard soled shoes for riding (preferred, not mandatory)
9) Bandana(s) for riding (optional, of course)
10) Flashlight
11) Sunglasses with strap (avoid riding and losing them)
12) Lounge Chair(s)
13) Camera
14) Your pillow
15) Bed Linens and towels
16) Snacks/drinks you can’t live without (we have ice machine for coolers)
17) Insect repellent (probably not necessary)
18) A light jacket, sweatshirt or windbreaker, in case it gets chilly
19) A skit or talent for the Family Talent and Skit Show!
20) Squirt guns, plastic bugs...this is camp, remember?!

DIRECTIONS: Circle F is exactly 6 miles east of Hwy. 27 on Hwy. 60 East or exactly 40 miles west of the Florida Turnpike (Yeehaw Jct. Exit) on Hwy. 60 East. There is a directional sign at the end of our road (Dude Ranch Road). You can get a map off of our webpage at www.circlefduderanch.com or we can fax it to you.
