Nature Lore: This program focuses on local flora and fauna and campers learn how to properly identify products of nature.  Fishing is always an option too when a camper chooses Nature Lore class.
Tomorrow’s Leader Course: Many camps have a C.I.T. program. Circle F has T.L.C. This course teaches leadership for campers 13-17 years of age.  The focus is on group leadership skills including group organization, motivation, program planning, team building and conflict resolution.
Junior Counselor Program: This program has become a “rite of passage” for many former campers.  It allows Circle F to continue its in-house training of staff and ultimately lead to better trained full-time counselors. This program is limited in space and you must be a former camper of Circle F, be a recent graduate from High School, and pass a background check.
Mentoring Program: First-year campers receive a gift on opening day that permits the mentors to approach the campers and parents, introduce themselves, and talk a little bit about how it is their first year at the camp as well.  This program continues until the campers have adjusted to camp living. First year campers are a priority to our staff and returners campers. We want everyone to feel at home.
Wrangler Evening Adventure: Once campers have reached the level of Wrangler, they have the privilege of going on an evening adventure during which they engage in team building activities with campers, tell the Circle F legacy, share what the camp means to them, and talk about teamwork and respecting the environment.  This is truly a bonding experience.
Pioneer Adventure Teambuilding Hikes:P.A.T.H. was developed by one of our Directors, Murray. This program harnesses nature as the supreme classroom to develop team and individual morals, values, and principles. Circle F prides itself on it's intentional internal staff development and P.A.T.H. helps us shape our leaders of tomorrow. P.A.T.H is for our oldest campers, Pioneers.
Recycle Program: The recycling program teaches about the importance of nature conservation, respect for our immediate environment, and how to empower our campers to make Circle F and our world a greener place.
